Tazza Kitchen in the Village District offers a creative drink and food menu featuring fresh ingredients and global inspired flavors. Tonight, I decided to dine on the patio which is a comfortable setting for lunch, dinner or drinks with friends. With Fall in the air the evenings get a little cool but don't let that stop you, they have heaters that turn on to keep the chill at bay. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to eat because I may or may not have looked at the menu a few times. I wasn't originally planning on ordering a cocktail but the cocktail menu with the vibrant photos of the drinks spoke to me. I ordered the Cherry Mojito which was a delicious combination of white rum, cherry, mint and lime. For an appetizer I started with the Cast Iron Goat Cheese which was a creamy goat cheese marinara blend paired with buttered brick oven bread. I am a huge goat cheese fan, but I can't say I have had that combination before, and I loved it! For my Main I ordered the Baja Bowl, which is a blend of green rice, black beans, kale, tomatillo sauce, pickled red onions, crema and cilantro. Overall, I had great service, my waitress was very attentive, the food was great and is somewhere I would recommend anyone dining

I love going to Tazza Kitchen in the Village District (used to be called Cameron Village). It is so easy to park there and it is amazingly easy to make a reservation (via resy)! I was shocked how easy it was to go Saturday night with my sister and my son's wife! They sat us toward the back of the restaurant on a corner table and I got to sit on the cushioned couch! I prefer to sit upfront when they open the windows to the patio but it was booked already. We really like to go and sit at the bar there (even though the seats are hard after awhile)! Check them out when you want to find parking right outside the restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere with friends or family!

Love Tazza! I moved away and was back in Raleigh with my family visiting friends. We had an entire day to do what we wanted, so we decided to drive around visit some spots we used to enjoy going to, Tazza being one of them! On this visit we got two orders of french fries that my kids absolutely devoured, Mixed Tacos, and a burger. As usual, everything was delicious and service was excellent. I really miss this place!

We were in the area for a concert in the downtown section of Raleigh, but wanted to do a little shopping in the Village district, so we tried Tazza. Loved the vibe walking in. The place was very busy at lunchtime on Saturday. The pizza and tacos (my favorite) looked amazing on the menu. We started off with a couple Caesar salads and a side of roasted beets. Yum. Then, we tried the Freestyle pizza with caramelized onions and mushrooms, 2 white pizzas, and the Mixed Tacos with a side. I like that you can order the tacos individually and mix and match them. Everything was delicious!! The pizzas were tasty and the tacos were yummy and spicy. Prices were very fair with portions being generous. Our server, Noah, was friendly and pleasant. Kinda wish I had this place closer to home in the Charlotte region. I would definitely come back here.

Parking was a bit challenging on a Saturday at lunch. Otherwise, smooth sailing. The wait for outside seating was minimal. The food. The white pizza with sprinkles of bacon was amazing! Brick fired pizza with a sourdough crust, perfection! Nice area to relax with a cold beverage and enjoy the great food options. Next time I want to sit inside, the dim lighting would make for a great dinner date.

Tazza Kitchen is a reliable choice for lunch. Every visit guarantees that my friends will find something they enjoy on the menu. This time, I was accompanied by my son and a friend, and we had a wonderful experience. I appreciate that Tazza Kitchen utilizes Resy for reservations, making the process simple and convenient. I needed to make adjustments to my reservation, which was easily accommodated. Upon arrival, I informed the staff of my reservation and was promptly seated. While our server was friendly, I felt a slight sense of being rushed. Although I can't recall his name, I sensed a subtle pressure to move quickly. Our reservation was for 12pm, and we finished around 1pm. For our meal, we ordered: - SIMPLE SALAD: mixed greens, roasted cherry tomato, crispy shallots, roasted shallot vinaigrette - SPICY SAUSAGE & BLACK PEPPER HONEY: aged provolone, fresh BUF mozzarella - CHEESEBURGER: Painted Hills beef, sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, dijonnaise, locally baked roll The pizza and salad were delicious. However, the unevenly cut bun made the cheeseburger challenging to eat. Despite this, we enjoyed our time and I would definitely return for another visit.

Pleasant and welcoming staff. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The lighting was perfect. Our waiter was kind but had very few recommendations and was sometimes unsure. The cocktails were great! I enjoyed my Negroni and a glass of sparkling rose. For the food, I enjoyed the meatballs and cauliflower app. The pizza was also good. I customized one with spicy sausage, basil, and onions. I recommend Tazza for appetizers and good cocktails. I look forward to returning to enjoy more things from the menu.

Yes, I went back for the white pizza. It did not disappoint! Beschamel sauce, caramelized onions, and crispy bacon made this unique pizza tasty and memorable. Perfect cook. I devoured it! Kudos to the chef. Busy for lunch (on a Wednesday). Making a reservation would be smart. Too chilly to sit outside. Sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Seated quickly at the bar. Excellent service by the bartender. Yes, I'll be back - in exactly 2 weeks ;)
